As winter fades and spring begins, many of us feel the sluggishness that comes with the shift from the airy energy of Vata to the grounded, nurturing energy of Kapha.  Often the transition between the seasons can be quite challenging since our bodies are going through adjustment and change.

Spring is a season of renewal, rebirth and new energy and that's where Kundalini Yoga can be your powerful support.

Through breathwork, movement, and energy flow, this practice will help clear out the stagnation and invite in vibrant energy.

Kundalini Awake is designed to gently guide you through this transition—helping you release what no longer serves you and embrace the freshness of the season.

How can Ayurveda help you: 


Balancing Your Doshas Through Breath and Postures:

During our course, we’ll explore how Ayurveda can enhance your practice by balancing your doshas through specific breathing techniques and yoga postures.

 Each dosha (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) has its unique qualities, and by incorporating Ayurvedic principles, you can optimize your energy and deepen your transformation.  

Breathing Techniques (Pranayama) and specific poses will be tailored to balance your individual dosha, supporting overall well-being, grounding your energy, and promoting inner harmony.  

What Are the Doshas? 

Vata (Air + Space): Creative, dynamic, and changeable. Vata types may experience restlessness and dryness. Grounding and calming practices, like slow breathing and gentle postures, help balance Vata.  

Pitta (Fire + Water): Focused, driven, and intense. Pitta types may feel overheated or overstimulated. Cooling and calming techniques, such as deep, slow breathing and restorative poses, help balance Pitta.  


Kapha (Earth + Water): Steady, nurturing, and calm. Kapha types may feel sluggish or stagnant. Energizing breathing techniques and invigorating postures, such as backbends and twists, help balance Kapha.  In this course, you will learn how to align your practice with your dosha to experience greater physical and emotional balance.

Grounding the airy, scattered energy of Vata into the nurturing, steady energy of Kapha, using breathwork and grounding poses.

Unblocking & Releasing Stagnation:
  
Clearing out physical, emotional, and energetic blockages that can accumulate during the colder months, helping to create space for new energy.

Opening the Heart & Embracing Love:

 Opening the heart chakra to receive the abundance and warmth of spring, cultivating self-love, compassion, and connection.

  Moving with the natural flow of energy, connecting to the rhythms of the season, and encouraging fluidity and flexibility in both body and mind.

Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the “yoga of awareness.” Through powerful kriyas (yoga sets), pranayama (breathwork), mantra chanting, and meditation, this practice unlocks the energy within you, clears energetic blockages, and aligns you with your highest potential.

  Over six weeks, we will explore themes that support physical strength, mental clarity, emotional resilience, and spiritual growth. Whether you're seeking to overcome fatigue, reconnect with your purpose, or simply cultivate more ease and flow in your daily life, this course will offer tools and practices to transform your energy from the inside out.

Johanna HariSant is an international Kundalini Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, Shakti School Facilitator, and Vegan Chef, deeply dedicated to helping others heal, transform, and rise into their fullest potential.

HariSant’s spiritual journey began in 2011 after a life-changing accident when she was struck by a bus while riding her bike to work in New York City. This traumatic event marked a profound turning point in her life. Through the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga, she found healing for her physical pain and began to reclaim her body. Through a committed daily practice, focused intention, and deep prayer, she restored balance to her nervous system, alleviated spinal injuries, and embraced a conscious, empowered lifestyle.

Her path led her to study various spiritual traditions and healing modalities, including Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga, Crystal Healing, and Reiki. HariSant is a supportive trainer for KRI Level 1 Teacher Trainings in Kundalini Yoga and is also part of the facilitator team for Shakti School, where she trains women to lead transformative women’s circles.

HariSant’s mission on Earth is to heal herself and rise from darkness to light. She believes that her own healing journey allows her to be a more effective guide for others. Her intention is to share the teachings that have transformed her life, creating sacred spaces for healing and empowerment.

In 2020, HariSant created The Yoga Heart, a sanctuary for healing and connection. Located in the peaceful beauty of Sweden, The Yoga Heart has already become a gathering place for women seeking rest, rejuvenation, and transformation. The heart of the center is its Yoga Barn, a lovingly renovated barn that has been transformed into a sacred space for yoga, meditation, and community. This retreat center is a living embodiment of HariSant’s vision—offering a place for women to reconnect with themselves, nature, and each other.

In addition to her work at The Yoga Heart, HariSant holds women’s retreats in both Europe and the USA, offers online Kundalini Yoga classes, and is in the process of expanding her offerings through the creation of a women’s retreat centerat the High Coast in Sweden, where women can gather for deep healing and growth.

HariSant is also a passionate vegan chef, using food as medicine to support vitality, clarity, and spiritual well-being. Through her combined offerings, she creates holistic experiences that nourish the body, mind, and soul.

Beginner of kundalini Yoga

This course are for both experienced practitioners and for beginners. No previous experience is needed. 

Course Layout: 

We will meet weekly on Tuesday and Thursdays for 7 weeks at 7pm -8:30 Pm CET.
Course starts 15thth of January and ends 26th  of May.
Classes will be held in English. 

Unable to attend live? 

All classes will be recorded and uploaded to portal. You will have access to all material for 2 months.
